Brief:

The Avenue Corner, a full renovation project situated in Durham City Centre.

 

The project included a full refurbishment to the first floor flat, with 

spacious open plan living area, dining space and a newly fitted kitchen.

 

 

The design is inclusive of stone work surfaces, integrated pantry with microwave grill and modern NEFF appliances.
