Brief: Full renovation of a 552 bed modern student village.

Working alongside leading student accommodation provider U-Student, we successfully renovated The Forge, a high quality 552 bed student village based in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear. 

Providing a fully managed renovation from the initial strip out to the design, manufacture and installation of each kitchen, bed, bath and study area.

The client required inventive ideas to maximise storage space for students living away from home, answering this

we designed clever solutions with pull out underbed storage and bespoke open wardrobe space. 

Incorporating a walnut effect finish to the bedroom interiors along with a bold colour palette provided a quality yet timeless asethetic which complimented both living and social spaces.
